Pre-Design Services
Atkinson Engineering Inc. provides a full range of pre-design services
to their clients which include: use and occupancy studies, change
of occupancy studies, fire safety assessments, structural analysis
and reviews of existing structures, building code reviews, feasibility
studies, pre-development reviews, site planning, construction cost
estimates, constructability studies, project scheduling, permit and
approval submissions, and conceptual design and development.
Design Services
Atkinson Engineering Inc. provides full consulting design services
to our clients in various degrees in the fields of architectural,
civil, structural, piping, HVAC, electrical, and automation and controls.
In addition specialized and specific design services are also available
on projects through our affiliations with other design professionals.
Services include preliminary designs, complete architectural and engineering
drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Post-Design Services
Post-design services provided by Atkinson Engineering include: tender
evaluations, construction contract administration, construction monitoring
and reviews, procurement, cost control, liaisons with applicable authorities,
and commissioning.
