Colour Toner Plant Modifications

New Cooling Tower Study and Upgrade. Review of plant process and HVAC loads on the existing cooling tower under new operating parameters and for future expansion. This led to the need for a second cooling tower, additional circulation pump and associated piping, instrumentation and electrical upgrades.

Atkinson Engineering Inc. has carried out various engineering projects related to the Colour Toner Plant process and services. These include fabrication drawings for a stand-alone pressure vessel, Mixing Bowl Retrofit, Bulk Bag Transfer Station, Clean in Place Process Modifications, Blower Retrofit Study and Construction, Extruder Material Handling Systems and Bulk Bag structural analysis.
