New industrial building complex consisting of three crane runway buildings, two electrical and computer buildings, and four truck and equipment enclosures constructed at a cost of $30 Million. Engineering included design of buildings; crane runways; various heating, ventilation, and exhaust systems; building services; main process utility lines; and visitor and service walkways and stairs.

The new 60,000 sq. ft. Pickle Line building houses a 50 tonne crane. The 46,000 sq. ft. Cold Mill building houses a 100 tonne crane. The 90,000 sq. ft. Coil Storage building houses 2 - 50 tonne 156 ft. span cranes. The 105,000 sq. ft. Delivery Power House is a six-storey building housing the electrical and computer equipment for the exit end process. The Entry Power House is a four-storey building with a total floor area of 22,000 sq. ft.

The heating and ventilation systems include 17 indirect-fired natural gas door and make-up air heaters of 3,125 MBH each, 9 direct-fired natural gas make-up air units of 8,800 MBH each, 22 roof mounted exhaust fans for a total exhaust of 643,000 cfm, 12 make-up air fans for 360,000 cfm, 4,400 sq. ft. of roof gravity ventilators, and 5,000 sq. ft. of operable wall air-intake louvres.

Process services involved 10" high pressure superheated steam, 10" city water, 10" compressed air, 6" natural gas, and 36" cooling water supply and return.
