Aluminum Casting Plant - New Die-Casting Aisle

Renovations to an existing plant were completed to house three new aluminum die-casting machines. Project included a new steel building within the existing plant; reinforcing existing building foundations; floor slab incorporating die-casting machine bases and service trench; crane runway; process piping; building ventilation; power distribution for new equipment; and building electrical. Design allowed on-going operation of adjacent die-casting machines during construction.
