This program was completed in phases and included the following

Commons Building, Food Services Facilities - Major
renovations for new 450-seat student food-court dining and kitchen
facility. Renovations included new modern multi-station food
servery with full commercial kitchen equipment such as walk-in
refrigerator, freezers, various ovens, char-broiler, fryer,
griddle, conveyor toaster, exhaust hoods, grease interceptor,
and fire suppression system.

"MAC EXPRESS" Snack Shops - Renovations to
Chester New Hall and the John Hodgins Engineering Building for
new snack shops.

Faculty Club Kitchen Addition - Addition to the kitchen
facilities at the Faculty Club including new walk-in cooler,
walk-in freezer, and dry good storage.

John Hodgins Engineering Building, Main Lounge and Snack
Bar - Complete renovations to the main staff lounge including
new flooring, sound attenuating wall panels, portrait gallery,
ceiling treatment, lighting, and kitchen millwork.

John Hodgins Engineering Building, Main Conference Room
- New hospitality kitchenette equipment, millwork and services
in the main engineering conference room accommodating conventions.
