Recreation Centre Expansion

A 40,000 sq. ft. recreation complex expansion was added to an existing twin pad arena. The expansion included a new entrance, large lobby with food court facility, offices and conference room, public washrooms, large double gymnasium with bleacher seating, exercise room, meeting rooms, locker rooms, and facility workshop. Scope of services included all architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design work and construction reviews.
