Aluminum Casting Plant - New Corporate Office and Repair Shop

Building consisted of two-storey corporate office of 12,300 sq.ft. with attached 6100 sq. ft. machine repair shop. Offices included private executive offices, boardroom, conference rooms, typical general office spaces, product display area, CAD product design rooms and two central computer server rooms with independent HVAC system and harmonic isolation transformer.

Machine repair shop area incorporated 50-ton overhead crane, trench drainage, and service mezzanine.
